Our Beginning
Walker Masonry & Sons began when Larry and Be-Ann Walker stepped out in faith with little more than a strong work ethic and a desire to build something lasting. Their values of integrity, fairness, and quality work remain the foundation of the company today.
The Walker Family Story
Larry learned from established masons in Northwest Arkansas who encouraged him to start his own business. The early years were tough, but by the mid 1980s the company began to grow as the region grew. Loyal clients, dedicated employees, and the Walkers’ focus on quality helped the company become a trusted name in commercial masonry.
Eric and Linsay Walker joined the company in 1995. Eric worked from the ground up mixing mud, pumping concrete, and laying brick. Linsay stepped into the office role much like Be-Ann did decades earlier.
When Larry and Be-Ann retired in 2015, Eric and Linsay continued building the business. They expanded employee benefits, created new leadership roles, and built pathways for their team to advance.
In 2022, their son Mason joined the company and launched the concrete division, adding new capabilities and helping shape the future of the business.
